Video of Your Property

Video of Your Property

If you want to keep an eye on your property in Pakistan, we arrange to make video of your property as often as you want and send you promptly for just US$ 10.

This is a record, not an advertisement. We do not list, market or sell property. The video is yours — you may keep it, forward it to family, or use it however you wish.

For an owner living abroad, a dated video is the simplest evidence that exists of what your property looked like on a given day: its condition, its boundaries, whether anyone is on it, and how far construction has progressed.

Our prices are intentionally kept low because our mission is to serve Pakistan and support overseas Pakistanis with reliable, affordable property information. Access to trusted knowledge should never be expensive.

We have kept this deliberately cheap. It is not meant to be a business that profits from worry. It is meant to be affordable enough that an ordinary overseas Pakistani, who lies awake wondering whether his plot is still empty, can simply find out.

Payment in Pakistan rupees at the prevailing rate. Confirm the rupee amount with us before paying.

How long it takes

We do not promise same-day filming, and we would rather tell you that plainly than fail you.

In most cases the video reaches you within one to two working days of payment being confirmed. In remote areas, or where the address takes some finding, it may take longer, and we will tell you if it does.

How you receive it

The video is sent to you on WhatsApp, and by email if you prefer. It carries the date it was filmed and our mark, so you can always show when it was taken.

You may keep it, store it, or forward it to anyone. It is yours.

Where we can film

We have representatives in a growing number of cities and districts, and we are adding more as requests come in.

If we do not yet cover your area, we will tell you within two working days and you pay nothing. Where we can arrange it, we will, and we will tell you honestly if we cannot.

Every request tells us where our readers own property, and that is how we decide where to place the next representative. Ask even if you think your area is remote — it is how the map grows.

What we do and do not do

We film and send you a dated video. Nothing more.

  • We do not enter the property or any building.
  • We do not speak to occupants, neighbours or anyone else on your behalf.
  • We do not remove anyone, confront anyone, or take any action of any kind.
  • We do not verify ownership, boundaries, measurements or title.
  • We do not value the property or comment on what it is worth.
  • We do not publish, list or share your video with anyone. It is sent to you alone.

The video is a record of what was visible from outside on the day it was filmed. It is not a survey, not a valuation, and not legal evidence in itself, though it may support a case.

Where a property is inaccessible, unsafe to approach, or cannot be located from the address given, we will tell you and refund the fee.
